Prime Time Weekly Rates (no daily rentals during prime weeks)

Single Family $750

Multi Family $950

 

Off Season Weekly Rates

All other dates

Single Family $500

Multi Family $700

 

Off Season Daily Rates

All other dates

Single Family $100/night

Multi Family $135/night

 

There is an additional $60.00 cleaning fee for all rentals,

 

A deposit of $200 is required.  If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, it will be refunded to you.  If you  cancel within 60 days, it will only be refunded if we can rent out your week.

 

The balance must be sent 2 weeks prior to the rental unless you provide a cashiers check or money order.

 

On rare occasions individual days are available during the prime weeks. Call or email to find out if any of these days are available.
